Final Clean is a family-owned new construction cleaning company proudly serving many of the top home builders throughout the St. Louis area. We specialize in post-construction cleaning, helping transform newly built homes into move-in ready spaces.
We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who take pride in attention to detail and enjoy working as part of a small team.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
- Daily hours may vary depending on workload
What We Offer

Job Responsibilities
- Perform detailed post-construction cleaning in newly built homes
- Remove construction dust and debris
- Clean fixtures, cabinets, floors, bathrooms, and other surfaces
- Ensure every home meets Final Clean's quality standards
- Work safely and efficiently as part of a team
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds (vacuums, mop buckets, cleaning supplies, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail
- Cleaning experience or willingness to learn
- Positive attitude and adaptability in changing work environments
- Ability to work well with one to two teammates
- Good communication skills
- Dependable transportation to the office
